FDA Approved

There is only one cheek filler FDA approved and that is Juvederm Voluma. This filler will fill in the hollowing cheeks and literally lift the face to reduce the wrinkles around the mouth and cheek. Your fat pads start to diminish as you age so when you replace the volume with Voluma, you get a natural lift and youthful look.

The cost is $950 per syringe of Juvederm Voluma. Clients under the age of 40 tend to need a half of syringe per cheek, so one syringe. While clients over 40 tend to require 2-4 syringes per cheek. We do accept Care Credit for 6 months or 12 months no interest. The good news is that Juvederm Voluma lasts up to 2 years!

Once you have had your treatment, if you feel you need more, we can always add more. We can also dissolve any unwanted filler which is a very uncommon request.

How to Prepare

Be sure to prep before your Juvederm Voluma appointment. You will want to stay away from alcohol at least 3 days prior, as well as no fish oil or ibuprofen for a week prior in order to reduce bruising. You can dissolve Arnica Montana pellets under your tongue (5-6 pellets a day) for 3 to 7days prior to help with bruising. If you do bruise from the injection site, it should go away with in 2 weeks of the treatment or less. Shop Arnica at Beautox Bar:

Reasons to Get Cheek Filler:

  • Loss of Volume and Definition - Many people notice their cheeks have lost the youthful contours in their midface. When you add cheek filler it helps restore the youthful shape to the face.
  • Pronounced Nasolabial Fold - The nasolabial fold, which is also referred to as ‘smile lines’, often loses volume and firmness as we age.
  • Cosmetic Enhancement - Often getting cheek filler is a cosmetic choice that many people in their early 20s and 30s opt for simply to create more dimension in their face.

Benefits of Cheek Fillers:

  • Cheek fillers carry a low risk of any serious complications or infection.
  • The injections can be modified after treatment, which means you can add more filler to the site or have some dissolved until you achieve your desired result.
  • The results of cheek fillers last for months or years, but the result isn’t permanent, so on the off chance you change your mind about the filler, you won’t be stuck with the results.
  • Recovery is quick and many people find they can go right back to work or their regular activities after treatment.

There are many benefits to getting cheek fillers, no matter what the reason or your age is. Here at Beautox Bar we offer lots of options to help you look your best including face tightening, body sculpting and Botox. Call us today to book an appointment.
