RN role at Beautox Bar is a part-time, on-site position based in both Maple Grove, MN and White Bear Lake, MN. The Injectionist will perform cosmetic injection treatments, including Botox and dermal fillers, while ensuring client safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, developing customized treatment plans, maintaining proper documentation, and adhering to all safety and medical protocols. The role also involves educating clients on procedures and providing post-treatment care instructions.

We are looking to fill days/ hours at both clinics. This role will cover Mondays and Tuesdays 10am - 4pm (could go to 6pm) in White Bear Lake and one to two Saturdays a month in Maple Grove. We are considering adding a second nurse on Thursdays and some Fridays in Maple Grove. We could potentially open White Bear Lake on some Saturdays as well.

This is a part-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role located in Maple Grove, MN and some shifts at the White Bear Lake, MN clinic. The Front Desk Admin will greet clients, check them in and out, manage appointment scheduling, and answer phones with professional and courteous communication. Daily responsibilities include handling client inquiries, confirming appointments, collecting and processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves completing basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, organizing documents, and ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. The Front Desk Admin will collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and a positive client experience.
