With over 30 years of experience in hospital nursing and nearly a decade in the aesthetic industry, Nurse Liz brings compassion, precision, and a deep knowledge of patient care to every aspect of her work. After three decades serving patients in a hospital setting, Liz transitioned into medical aesthetics, where she found a passion for helping people look and feel their best.As the co-founder of two successful med spas, Liz has combined her clinical expertise with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Her approach is rooted in safety, education, and natural-looking results, ensuring every client feels confident and cared for. Whether she's mentoring new providers, performing treatments, or building innovative wellness spaces, Nurse Liz is dedicated to empowering others through both health and beauty.

Nicole Langer

Co-Founder

Nicole Langer is a serial entrepreneur and passionate about building brands. She has an engineering background as well as business development and professional public speaking. She has helped launch 12 companies in her career and is most proud of her role at Beautox Bar as this has been the most challenging. Nicole is truly the business side of Beautox Bar. She is a new grandma and loves cooking Italian meals for her family.

I have been a nurse over 25 years. I started my Aesthetic nurse injector career about 9 years ago, when Beautox Bar opened, and have been with them since. As a RN injector I take pride in helping others look their best. I love learning about different products and techniques in this industry to help my my clients look their best.

I love combining my professional background with my love for the beauty industry to create meaningful, confidence-boosting experiences. I enjoy taking great care of each client as they check-in and check-out at Beautox Bar’s front desk. When I’m not working at either White Bear Lake or Maple Grove, you’ll find me at the cabin with family or out on the boat soaking up the sunshine.

I have a degree in Healthcare Management and a strong interest in the aesthetics field, which makes being part of this team especially rewarding. I’ve been with the Beautox Bar going on 3 years! Prior to this, I come with a 15 year background of nursing in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, and Pediatrics. In my free time, I love to travel the world, go on hikes, read, and of course, spend time with my wife and dog. As your nurse injector, my top priority is to empower my patients to feel their best through personalized and safe treatments that celebrate individual beauty and enhance self-esteem.
